At Aspire Aerial Media we strive to provide our clients with a high quality service that delivers the images or production in a safe, efficient, flexible and cost-effective way. We will work with you to understand your requirements creating storyboards where appropriate or otherwise a shoot list that we can work to. Our objective is to deliver value for your project and will work with you to fit in with your programme.
Aerial Filming
Unlike our ground based filming, with aerial operations we have many more constraints within which we must work:
We are at the mercy of the elements and there are times when it would be neither desirable nor feasible to fly. Should this be the case, and where practical we will work with you to re-schedule and avoid disruption to your programme as much as possible.
Initial Feasibility
When you first contact us we will discuss your requirements and make an initial assessment of feasibility taking account of location, conditions and CAA regulations.
If the initial assessment is positive, then we will conduct a more in depth remote assessment using available resources and work with you to better understand your requirements tailoring a personalised package to meet your needs and budget.
On the Day
On the day we will arrive early at the location and conduct a detailed assessment to ensure full CAA compliance and safety whilst capturing the desired images. We will have reviewed weather forecasts in the days immediately before the shoot but will constantly monitor conditions to ensure both quality of footage and safety.
Our team will set up a segregated launch area and brief you, your team and any onlookers on how we will work and relevant safety procedures.
We will work to capture the highest quality images and you will have the opportunity to monitor them through real-time streaming to our HD monitors and provide feedback.
What you get
Depending on the package we have tailored for you, we can provide you with the footage and images in 4K Ultra HD as captured for you to include in your project, or we can provide a turn-key solution where we edit to a finished production in line with an agreed story board. We can iterate from the “rushes” and initial edit to the finished production taking account of your input.
Either way you will have highly engaging content to provide that “Wow Factor”, bring your ideas to fruition and deliver strong images and messages to your audience.
